All children must wear our school uniform. All items need to be clearly named.
Uniform purchase
Uniform can be purchased directly from the school via your School Money account.
We sell:
- Sweatshirts
- Cardigans
- Polo shirts
- PE tops
- PE shorts
- Book bags
Plain items such as black school trousers and skirts can be bought from any retailer.
Our uniform
- Black trousers/pinafore/skirts/shorts/culottes (this does not include leggings)
- Yellow polo shirt with Underhill logo
- Black school sweatshirt or cardigan with Underhill logo
- Black shoes or trainers (small logos are acceptable)
- Black socks or tights (no bright colours or patterns)
Children must wear uniform sweatshirts, cardigans and polo shirts that are branded with the Underhill logo.
PE kit
On your child’s designated PE day they need to come into school wearing their PE kit as follows:
- Black trainers (small logos are acceptable)
- Black shorts (black joggers in the winter)
- Yellow T-shirt with Underhill logo
- Black school sweatshirt or cardigan with Underhill logo. (No hoodies are to be worn.)
Seasonal uniform
We do not have a separate seasonal uniform. In summer months when the weather is hot, children can wear shorts, pinafore or skirt with a uniform polo shirt or sweatshirt with the Underhill logo.
Additional items
- Headscarves are to be plain and not bright colours
- Hair should be cut in an appropriate style for school. Eg no mohicans or patterns shaved in. Long hair should be tied up with discreet hair bands. No big bows or brightly coloured headbands are allowed.
- No jewellery to be worn in school with the exception of stud earrings if necessary or for religious purposes with permission from the Headteachers. We want children to be safe at all times.
- No nail varnish is to be worn
Children will spend some time outside every day, so they will need adequate clothing such as a warm coat and gloves when it is cold.
